Sarah Bröter is a German mezzo-soprano active in opera, concert and chamber music repertoire. She is a scholarship holder of the Richard Wagner Festival Bayreuth 2025.Her recent engagements include solo appearances in works such as Dido and Aeneas (Dido, 2. Witch), The old maid and the thief (Miss Todd), Hänsel und Gretel (Hänsel), Mozart Requiem (Alt Solo), Händels Messiah (Alt Solo) and Bach Cantata 136, as well as recital programs featuring music from Baroque to contemporary repertoire. She has performed as a soloist and chorister at venues including Salzburg Festival, State Theater Linz, Otto Wagner Theatre Vienna and the Minoritenkirche Vienna.Sarah Bröter holds a Master‘s degree in Opera Singing and Cultural Management from the Anton Bruckner Private University Linz and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. Her artistic training has been enriched through Masterclasses with Edda Moser, Roberta Invernizzi, Lavinia Chereches and Prof. Dr. Martin Vacha.
